To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns & Exchange policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from Shikherjee Jewellers Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund & exchange within the policy time frame and we will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account.

Gold Jewellery – Making charges will be deducted in case of Refund and Exchange of gold jewellery products on behalf of the current gold price.

Diamond Jewellery – Making charges will be deducted on the diamond jewellery and 10% value will be deducted of diamond and color stone.

Lifetime refund policy is applicable on the Gold and Diamond Jewellery products.

This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like diamond certificate & original invoice.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount charges after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.

To initiate return, send us an email to info@shikherjee.com, we will share packing instructions to follow and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. Note down the return tracking number.
